Complaints tab provides the citizen an easy way to check complaint status through the mobile application. A complete list of categories of all the complaints available in CCIS is available under this section. Complaint status can be checked and follow-ups can be made through the following application.
A complete feedback on the services is offered along with proper consultation on legal matters. Through this application, citizens can launch complaints; get status, give feedback, and fetch specific information to any office or application procedure.
Complaints are locked through the 1339 contact centre yet the user can check its current status whether it is resolved, assigned or still pending. The user will also be updated of his inquiries related to the different application procedures prevailing in the government departments.
